S Y N O P S I S

Taha's death Bemamud who became ruler in the slum, called District 13 was not able to make it a safe area. Empty power to make five ethnic groups fought each other there power seats left by Taha.

On the other hand, the French government plans to burned area if the occupants did not want to subject to the laws in force in France. Now the hopes of all citizens of District 13 relies on Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle). Two people this is what the previous three years succeeded in overthrowing the ruling powers Bemamud Taha in District 13. But there is another party intervention seeking to take advantage of the destruction of District 13. When Damien and Leito not managed to convince all five of the 'top brass' five ethnic groups in this slum area to come together, then there is no more hope for the district.
