Beginning of friendship RETA (Sigi Wimala) and Santi (Garneta Haruni) since childhood who had separated and re-met while both attending college. Train and then fell in love with Daniel (Dimas Aditya), which is actually the lover Santi. Finally Santi conceal its relationship with Daniel, especially after hearing the confession RETA, if he had cancer and her life only three months. Santi a pity, finally gave up RETA became lovers for 3 months.

Accompanied by his cousin, Moniq (Monique Henry) in hospital, condition Santi between life and death. When the guard Santi, Moniq always had strange happenings. Through diary Santi, Moniq finally know what really happened. Suddenly, the central coma Santi was awake and tried to attack him. Moniq are surprised at first, eventually realized that not Santi who want to attack him. But the spirit that permeated RETA Santi.
